SHIPPING
In the event an inaccurate mailing address is provided, FICTIVE.CO will not be held liable. Customers are responsible for checking and providing correct and complete information when placing an order. Do note that all additional charges will be billed to the customer if re-delivery is needed due to their misinformation.
WAITING TIME
In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, shipping may be delayed.
DOMESTIC
Delivery typically takes anywhere from 2 to 7 days. Take note that this excludes public holidays and weekends.
INTERNATIONAL
Delivery typically takes anywhere from 7 days to 2 months. Take note that this excludes public holidays and weekends. Delivery time varies from country to country, do take into consideration the delay time caused by customs.
In light of the new VAT laws in place, orders from EU countries have been disabled.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Strictly no exchanges or refunds unless situations are deemed reasonable. Nevertheless, do feel free to contact us regarding issues pertaining to refunds and exchanges. We will do our best to resolve them.
